Enchilada Casserole! Along with the enchiladas, beans (pinto or black), chips and salsa, dessert and lemonade or water will complete the meal for $4.00 / $4.50. For those with dietary restrictions, please indicate when RSVP. There will be a gluten-free and a dairy-free / gluten free option. Let us know if there are other dietary concerns. This meal will not be spicy, but we will have sauces if you so choose to spice it up! Sodas will be available for 75 cents each and bottled water for 50 cents each.
